You must be 18 or older to rent a pontoon boat and have a valid government issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. All drivers will sign and initial the rental agreement before operating.

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete the Florida
temporary boater safety course before operating.
